New Features for Reputation Accelerator

If you’d like to receive notifications when one or more of your locations receive a new review or receives negative feedback, please follow the instructions below:

1. Login into Catalyst at catalyst.friendemic.com

2. Select the settings gear in the upper right-hand corner of your screen

3. Select ‘Reputation Accelerator’ and then ‘Notifications’

4. Click the toggle under ‘Notifications’. Your notifications are now on!

5. By default, notifications for Positive and Negative reviews, as well as review invite feedback will be turned on at a frequency of daily for each location you have access to.

If you’d like to change these settings follow the below instructions:

• To turn off notifications for one or more locations you have access to, simply select the toggle. Once the toggle turns grey, notifications for that location are off.

• To only receive notifications for one or more of the options within a location, simply click the location name. This will show all three options for types of notifications received as well as the frequency. You can turn each on or off and/or adjust the frequency with a few simple clicks.

6. Once you’ve set your notifications up, click save!
