In addition to CRM integration functionality, recent updates make it so Place Managers can customize the key elements of the message containing a video including the reply-to email, subject line, heading, and body of the email. This gives managers more control over the way their brand is presented, whether you want a formal tone for a luxury car dealer or a casual and relaxed attitude for a location that specializes in used cars.
