Online reviews are the cornerstone of transparency in a digital age

They say nothing is more valuable than word of mouth (marketing). However, the way in which we now receive “word of mouth” recommendations has vastly changed over the last decade. We once relied on our neighbors, family members and industry friends to pass on insights and knowledge in addition to the positive or negative sentiment surrounding whatever it was we were interested in. Yet, now we rely on the experiences of strangers from all over the country (and even the world) to assist and steer our buying decisions through the influence of online reviews. Virtually anywhere you search, browse, or shop you can find dozens of online reviews for the items you are curious about and the automotive industry is no exception.

With that being said, we’d like to formally introduce the newest product to our suite “Website Widget: Online Reviews''! So what is the Website Widget: Online Reviews product? It’s a simple piece of code you can place anywhere on your dealership website (like the home page, about us page, service page, etc) and it will highlight your top 100 most recent reviews in a rotating carousel format.
