Video Ignition is our innovative software tool that helps your dealership connect with digital customers before the even come into the store with personalize, pressure-free videos to kickstart the digital customer experience. It allows you to record a video in the app which is processed and uploaded to a dealership’s YouTube page as an unlisted video. A link is then generated for the salesperson to send to the sales or service customer for them to view the video.
Enter the VIP in Video Ignition
Previously, all video links generated from private videos to send to customers linked directly to the unlisted video on a business’ YouTube page. With the creation of the VIP, all links will now send customers to a branded page where the content is dynamic, so it only shows them the video intended for them in the first place. No more annoying YouTube ads interrupting your videos. This dealership branded page will make them feel like a VIP by providing them a completely personalized online shopping experience. Dealership contact information is readily displayed with the video for easy customer follow-up.
VIP shows the customer…
- The private video shot by the user
- Dealer contact information such as email and phone number
- Dealership logo
- Location-specific URL
- Time stamp, video description, and video title
How It Works
Sending a private video can now be done directly from the mobile app instead of having to go send the link elsewhere. After taking a video, a “Share Video” button will display along with the “Copy Link” button.
Sending Video Links
- “Copy Link” allows the salesperson to add the link to the VIP into a text or email with a personalized message.
- “Share Video” sends an automatic email to the customer with the link to the VIP.*
- Lastly, you can go to the “YouTube Uploads” section in the app and share the video at a later time.
*TIP: This is currently ONLY available via the mobile app.
