December Has Been a Big Month for the Catalyst Suite!

DMS and CRM Integration for Video Ignition
A BCC field has been added to the Video Ignition settings where users can add the integration email address for their DMS or CRM systems. The setting is controlled for the entire location by Place Managers but can be changed to allow individual users to modify the address in cases where each user has their own integration email.
Email Customization for Video Ignition
Place Managers now have the ability to customize certain elements of the emails sent through Video Ignition including the reply-to address, subject line, heading, and the body of the message. Once enabled and created, these custom templates apply to every email sent through Video Ignition from the location.
Updates to Place Manager Permissions
Place Managers now have all the same permissions as Organization Managers, but only for the locations they have access to. This includes user management and access to location settings.
Feedback Notifications Customization
A new setting allows users to select which feedback responses they receive notifications for with toggle switches for sales, service, and manual invites. Users will receive notifications for feedback responses from the selected channels in real time as they come in.
Bulk Upload Functionality Extended to All Management Level Users
All management level users can now use bulk uploads for manual review invites. Users can even download a template file before uploading their data to ensure it is in the correct format. This functionality was previously restricted to System Administrator level users.
Leaderboards and UI Changes for Reputation Accelerator Reporting
Leaderboards have been added to the Reputation Accelerator Report to help users and managers compare performance and track progress toward reputation related initiatives. Sortable columns and a customizable date range make it easy to find the information you are looking for, and a downloadable .csv file makes it easy to share within your organization! The information in the report has also been split up into tabs to make it easier to find the information you are looking for.
